Once loaded, Tawk.to acts as our processor and receives the data needed to run the conversation: the messages you send, any name and email address you provide (in our web app the email address of your signed in account is pre-filled so we know who is asking), your IP address, browser and device information, the page you started the chat from, and cookies/local storage entries used to keep the conversation open across page views. We use this solely to answer your support request. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in providing support (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
